Pre-Order products need 15-30 days after their release date to reach our warehouse so order shipment can start. Please, before you Pre-Order a product check the estimated shipment period that is always listed at the description of the product.

Pre-Orders are for products that haven't been released yet.

You can find the release date of each pre-order product at the description of the product.

Pre Order Benefits will be send based on availability. 
If POB is a poster it will be send folded.

• Preparation time

Our team needs 1-3 business days to prepare and ship your order, if the order does not contain any Pre-order products.

If for any reason you do not claim your parcel and it returns to our warehouse ONLY the cost of the product will be returned as our store is still charged of the shipping and the return of the parcel.

• Returns

Returns of products for any reason are only accepted if the product is still unopened and in it's original packaging. The shipping cost of returns is paid by the customer.
